Youth News for November

November 1st: Bowling …… Parents vs. Kids! Time is to be determined.
(The first one to write what they are thankful for on our BLOG gets a treat from the snack bar on me!!!)

November 8th: Shopping for food to fill the Thanksgiving baskets. Meet at the church at 5:30 p.m. and we will be shopping at Kroger on Northshore.

November 15th: We will be meeting at the church to make Thanksgiving baskets for KARM. Everyone come and join us.

November 22nd: No meeting, Happy Thanksgiving!!

November 29th: Come and join us as we all enjoy welcoming the Christmas season to our church. All hands on deck for a wonderful dinner, service and decorating get together.

I hope everyone had a blast playing the pumpkin patch this last month. You all worked very hard to help out with painting signs, pumpkin un-load, setting up and pumpkin chunkin. Now it is time to have some fun. Sardines will return in December so start thanking for new places now. Special thanks to the Burton’s for a great dinner this month.

We will be having a Christmas Party at my house in December. I will let you know the date when we get a little closer. Bring your favorite Christmas treat to share and we will have a $5.00 gift exchange.

Everyone have a great November and enjoy the leaves.

"The pumpkins are coming, the pumpkins are coming!!!"

The youth group will meet on September 27th for fun and frolick....and wear your work clothes, as we will be prepping signs and such for the pumpkin fundraiser. Invite your friends! Everyone knows how much fun and fellowship the patch brings to our church family...take the time to share with someone special! See you there!

And then, on Halloween Night...the Great Pumpkin....

It's almost that time again....Linus will be waiting for the Patch to come to HIM this year! We can't wait to share this ministry with the community again. SO much fun! The WEPC fall festival will be on Saturday, Oct. 17th. Hay rides, games, crafts, food...please come share with us!

June 28: Dinner and Bowling Night

Family Bowl/Strike and Spare

We will be meeting at Fazoli’s on Kingston Pike at 6:00 p.m. for dinner together and then going on to Family Bowl on the corner of Hayfield Road and Parkside Drive at 7:00 p.m.
Please come and join us for YOUTH VS. PARENTS!!

Shoes are $2.00 and games are $1.00 for each person. And don’t forget GOOD socks.

July 12: Putt-Putt Night

Dare to beat the Youth Leader. (I get the Purple ball!!)

Do you like Pizza? Can you get a hole in one? Come and join us for Putt-Putt and Pizza at Zuma Fun Center off Parkside drive. Sunday night July 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
18 holes of golf is $6.99 and 27 holes of golf is $8.99. (Parents don’t forgot those coupon books.)
